Jordan Pehowic is incredible. I never write reviews, but I have to for Jordan. She was very knowledgeable, I had an agent before her. I thought he did an okay job. When we hired Jordan it was a breath of fresh air. She provided a clear path for us, set real expectations, got us intouch with contractors for items in the house that need to be fixed at a very affordable price. I would say the best thing I appreciate about Jordan, is the communication through the process. I was never left thinking what is going on. She kept us updated throughout the process. Highly recommended!

She tended to every need and concern with high importance which gave myself and my wife a great deal of relief knowing we were in exceptional hands. And believe me, I am not a very patient person either. We could not have been happier with her performance. It was under contract in 2 days for more than we asked. I believe if we gave Jordan more time she would've made more money for us but we were under strict time constraints. She delivered exactly what we asked and more. She listened to our wants and needs and gave excellent guidance for us to make our decisions. Jordan went above and beyond to assist me as I was a long-distance buyer. She took care of me from start to finish! Above and beyond service! She didn't give up on finding a property for me! Extremely patient as it was certainly hard to do all this long distance.
